What are the ways I can place an order with Maumee Supply?
  1. Maumeesupply.com online: We have our full inventory available online for you to place orders, check stock, pricing, and account information.

  4. In Person: Our sales counter is ready to take your order from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm EST Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm Saturday. Please have your customer number and order details available when you call.
  5. Fax: (419) 874-3758 When faxing orders, please clearly list the quantity, part #, shipping address, phone number, required delivery (or pickup) date, and Purchase Order (PO) #. Additional Information: We gladly accept cash, check, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit cards.

Shipments
What options do I have for shipping and Delivery?

Fast and reliable - Maumee Supply will deliver within a 100 mile radius of Perrysburg, OH. For orders further away, special arrangements can be made for large materials on our trucks, and we can ship via freight liners, UPS, and USPS.

Some package's shipping charges are not calculated on the web or included in your total. Some shipping charges can only be calculated once your items have been picked and packed. Rush Order: Expedited delivery is available on some items for an extra fee. If the order is placed online before 1pm EST Mon-Fri your order will ship via USPS or UPS that day.  All packages over $100 are insured.  Insurance is included in the shipping charge.  Some product exclusions apply.  Hazardous, flammable, corrosive items, pipe, boilers, porcelain/china, bath tubs, shower units, glass and medicine cabinets, vanities, and other heavy, over-sized or fragile may not be shipped via third parties. Excluded items are at the sole discretion of Maumee Supply, and may include additional items not listed here. Returns 
  • Returns with Maumee Supply are easy. Call for a return goods authorization number, and simply return the stock item in its original box, in new condition, with the RGA number. All returns must be unused, with all original packaging and packing materials. No Returns: Clearance / Discontinued Products Products with a $$$ sign in the description, special ordered material, sale items, non stocks, or <> in the description, cut products, or items that have been installed are not eligible to be returned.
 
Account Applications

Maumee Supply has two applications depending on the type of account you would like to have with us. 

  • Credit Application: Open an account that allows you to order material and receive payment terms (typically Net 30 days).
  • COD Application:  This option allows us to customize your account additional special pricing beyond what we are able to do for non-account holders, and better serve you.

Regardless if you prefer to have a credit account or C.O.D. account, we encourage you to setup an account so we can best serve you!
